Do you ship across Italy?
Yes, by courier, and to the rest of Europe on request (we will quote the cost on WhatsApp). Some fresh creations are collection only: this is shown on the product page.
Can I collect from the workshop?
Yes, free of charge, at Via Trieste 30, Scafati (SA). Choose collection when you send your request.
How do you make your leavened cakes?
With live sourdough and over 48 hours of work.
Where can I find ingredients and allergens?
On every product page, under «Ingredients and allergens».
Can I personalise a gift box or place an order for my company?
Yes: cards, labels and choice of flavours on request. Write to us from the Personalisation page.
Can I add a greeting card?
Yes: write your message in the «Gift card» field and we will prepare it for you.
How long do the products keep?
It depends on the creation: the best-before date is shown on each product page.
Can I return a product?
As these are perishable foods, the right of withdrawal does not apply. If a product arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo: we will replace it or refund you.
