Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller. NADYA lievitati e dolci creazioni di D’Alfonso Teresa, sole-trader craft business, registered office at Via Trieste – Cortile Cavallaro 30, 84018 Scafati (SA), Italy, VAT no. IT06350740657, entered in the Salerno Companies Register, REA SA-519203, email info@nadyalab.it, certified email (PEC) nadyalievitatiedolci@pec.it, phone +39 376 042 7354.

2. Products. Our creations are handmade: shape, decoration and weight may vary slightly from the photos. Each product page shows ingredients, allergens, storage and best-before date.

3. Prices. Prices are in euros and include Italian VAT. Delivery costs are stated before the order is confirmed.

4. Orders. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, refunding the full amount within 14 days.

5. Payment. Payment methods are given to you on WhatsApp with the order confirmation; for collection from the workshop you can also pay in cash. The order is prepared once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery and collection. See the Shipping and collection page. On delivery, check the packaging: if it is damaged, accept it with a specific reservation and write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

7. Right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (art. 59(1)(d) of the Italian Consumer Code) or to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (art. 59(1)(c)).

8. Legal guarantee of conformity. Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code apply. If a product does not conform, write to us: we will replace it or refund you.

9. Complaints. Write to info@nadyalab.it or to the certified email nadyalievitatiedolci@pec.it. We reply within 2 working days.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction. Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
