Ingredients, allergens and storage

Every product page shows the full list of ingredients, the highlighted allergens, storage instructions and the best-before date, as required by EU Regulation 1169/2011.

Allergens

For every creation we state whether it contains, or may contain traces of, any of the 14 allergens: cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupin, molluscs.

Our workshop also handles gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, soya and sesame: this is why some creations may contain traces of them. If you have a severe allergy or intolerance, please write to us before buying.

Storage

Our products are handmade. Panettoni should be eaten within 60 days of production. Storage instructions vary from product to product and are given on each product page. Fresh creations, such as those made with ricotta, must be kept in the fridge and eaten within a few days; this is why they are not sold online.
