Shipping and collection

We ship our creations throughout Italy, and to the rest of Europe on request. Every order is prepared with care and packed to protect the products during transport.

Two ways to receive your order

  • Courier delivery across Italy. Costs: 7,99 € up to 3 products; 9,99 € 4 to 10 products (max 9 kg); free for orders from €120. For larger orders, and for deliveries elsewhere in Europe, we will quote the cost on WhatsApp.
  • Collection from the workshop, free of charge, at Via Trieste – Cortile Cavallaro 30, Scafati (SA), Tuesday to Saturday 9:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00. Collection is by appointment: to agree a day and time, please contact us on WhatsApp at +39 376 042 7354.

Collection-only products

Some fresh creations cannot travel by courier. You will recognise them on the product page by the words «Collection from the workshop only». If your basket contains at least one, the order must be collected from the workshop.

Timing

  • Preparation: 5 working days.
  • Courier delivery: 24–48 hours from dispatch.
  • During the holidays times may be longer: we recommend ordering in advance.
