Description
Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with added dark chocolate: a soft sourdough-leavened dough with no raisins and no candied citron, scented with orange paste, covered with a dark chocolate glaze and decorated.
In the dough: fresh egg yolks, butter, acacia honey and vanilla pods. The product is subject to natural weight loss.

Type 0 and 00 WHEAT flour, natural sourdough starter (GLUTEN), 50% dark chocolate, water, fresh pasteurised category «A» EGG yolks (10.45%), BUTTER (9.14%), sugar, acacia honey (1.31%), orange paste, vanilla pods, sea salt, brewer’s yeast. Glaze: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavouring). Decorations: sugar, cocoa butter, powdered MILK, lactose (MILK), emulsifier (E322).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
